Essential Traits for Consideration and Success

· Must have a competitive drive and nature. We only want those that want to be the best
· You must have prior success selling services and solutions to key decisions makers within the medium to large sized B2B market
· You must love the hunt and have a proven track record of finding and closing opportunities in a commercial setting
· You must be self motivated and self driven as well as thrive being part of a high energy, goal oriented team
· Preference given to those candidates having prior success selling safety & security, telecom solutions, IT products and solutions, fleet services, insurance services, and business equipment and services
· A proven track record of earning over $70K and a passionate desire to earn well over $100K in a base plus commission environment is a must

Must have

· Four year college degree or relevant work experience
· At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
· Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
· A passion for excellence
