Line Security: We constantly monitor your connection to DGA’s monitoring center. If it is interrupted for any reason, we will contact you and, if appropriate, the proper authorities.
Opening and Closing Services: DGA will track each time your alarm is armed and disarmed and, if you desire, our monitoring center will contact you when there are deviations from a schedule that you provide to us.
AgentCheck: In the event of an alarm, trained uniformed DGA agents are dispatched to your location to survey the situation.
Vault Services: DGA maintains two vaults in New York’s Diamond District to secure valuable property and inventory, including the DGA Vault & Business Center @ 580 Fifth Avenue, the standard for vault services.
