DGA AgentCheck provides the added confidence that alarm conditions are investigated. In the event of an alarm, trained uniformed agents are quickly dispatched to your location to survey the situation. The agents perform a thorough check and report their findings to the DGA’s Monitoring Center. AgentCheck is offered in two ways: With Keys, where agents examine the interior and exterior, or Without Keys where only an exterior check is made.

A DGA security consultant will work with you to establish checkpoints around your facility. At each checkpoint, we install unobtrusive iButton location IDs. During an alarm investigation, response agents scan the iButtons using a proprietary DGA handheld reader that records the time that the checkpoint area was visited. This data is uploaded to DGA’s secure servers at our monitoring center, providing a detailed audit trail.
