Opening and Closing Services

DGA’s Supervised Opening and Closing Service enhances your security by helping you to make sure that your alarm is only disarmed when you intend it to be. If your alarm is armed or disarmed outside of the schedule that you provide to us, the DGA monitoring center will contact you. In addition, every attempt to arm and disarm your system is logged to secure servers at the monitoring center so you have an audit trail for record keeping and tracking.

DGA also offers Logged Opening and Closing Service for those businesses who want the audit trail but don’t require supervision. Businesses with either type of Opening and Closing Service can view activity via regularly scheduled SystemAlert email messages or they can login to the DGA CommandNet web portal to view reports.
