Considered a model in the industry, DGA’s UL Listed monitoring center is the most advanced of its kind. Every system in this state of the art facility is fully redundant, including power, telephony, Internet connectivity, and our alarm monitoring server platform.

In addition to using the latest technology, DGA’s monitoring center employs one of the industry’s best-trained teams, earning the top-level Five Diamond Certification from the CSAA, and the distinction of being one of only a handful of central stations approved by the FDNY to monitor New York City fire alarm systems.

DGA’s monitoring center is located in the heart of midtown Manhattan. Although access to this facility is highly restricted, private, guided tours are available by request.
