Video Clip Retrieval

DGA can help you retrieve clips from your video surveillance system. Please use this form to tell us what specific clip you need. You must be an Authorized User to submit a request.

How It Works

  1. Complete the form below.
  2. A DGA video specialist will contact you to confirm the details of your request.
  3. If your video surveillance DVR is remotely accessible, DGA will download the requested video clip, email a link to you, and send you a copy on DVD.

Videos requested before 2PM Eastern will typically be available the next business day. If you have made the decision not to connect your DVR to the Internet, we will make other arrangements with you to retrieve the clip.
